Frank Meehan is General Manager of ESG andClimate at FiscalNote.com, a US company listed on the NYSE with over 3,000enterprise and government customers globally. He is on the investment committeefor SparkLabs Cultiv8 and Cultiv8 Funds Management, a venture capital fundinvesting in Agri-Food Technology. Frank is a co-founder and Partner at the SparkLabsGroup, Asia's leading early-stage accelerator, headquartered in Seoul. He is acore contributor at BraveNewDAO, building the decentralised finance protocolfor investing in Climate and Sustainable Real World Assets.

Jimmy Kim is co-founder and Partner at SparkLabs Group, a network ofstart-up accelerators and venture capitals funds. He is on the investmentcommittee for SparkLabs Cultiv8 and Cultiv8 Funds Management, a venture capitalfund investing in Agri-Food Technology. Jimmy is also the co-founder andPresident of N3N, an IoT platform company and Cisco’s first global IoTinvestment. N3N service numerous Fortune 500 companies and governments, including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors. He previously served as N3N’s CEO.Previously, Jimmy was CEO of Nexonova, a game development studio - a companywith a $5 billion market capitalisation - that specializes in social networkgames. Prior to Nexonova, he served as Executive Vice President of Nexon Corp.
